The Xcel program is part of USA Gymnastics umbrella of competitive programs and features a less intensive, yet competitive opportunity for girls who love gymnastics but wish to have the time to do other sports or school activities.
Athletes progress at their own pace through six different competitive levels and can compete at the state and regional level.
Our Xcel Team Program is headed by Brendan Harmening, a former gymnast with over 20 years of coaching experience. All Xcel coaches have competitive gymnastics and coaching experience.
